Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for cleaners, supervisors, and operational staff.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, agencies, and walk-ins.
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate with operations on manpower requirements.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure timely job offers.
2. Work Permit & MOM Compliance
  • Handle WPOL applications, renewal, cancellation, and transfer of Work Permit holders.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations related to quota, levy, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of work pass status and expiry dates.
  • Liaise with manpower agencies, MOM, and internal teams for all work pass matters.
3. HR Administration & Onboarding
  • Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and staff files.
  • Coordinate deployment of cleaners to sites and update staff movement records.
  • Maintain HR databases, attendance, and personnel records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation (staff data updates, timesheet consolidation).
  • Support general HR matters such as medical claims, uniform issuance, and staff queries.
4. Employee Relations & Support
  • Assist in handling staff issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate training, briefings, and safety inductions for new hires.
  • Support operational teams in manpower planning and urgent deployment needs.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the cleaning or manpower deployment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of WPOL, Work Permit regulations, and MOM processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HR systems.
  • Positive attitude, strong initiative, and able to work independently.
