Job Title: Recruiter (in-house)

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: 8 am - 5.30 pm

Basic Salary upto $4500

Benefits: AWS, Quarterly Bonus, Annual Leave

Responsibilities
  • Plan and administer the entire recruitment process to meet the Company’s manpower acquisition plan and ensure Corporate objectives are met
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide proactive recruitment and selection for recruitment activities
  • Review and draft job placement advertisement
  • Source and manage the employment agencies for job placement
  • Accountable for compilation of recruitment/ manpower/ attrition statistics
  • Update and maintain employee records in the SAP system
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze the reasons for employees turnover to identify an action plan for improvement
Requirements
  • Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Good team player and strong customer orientation
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
