Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and track all phases of HR projects assignments, including creating and maintaining project timelines, task lists, milestones and deliverables.
- Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, internal consultants, and support teams.
- Facilitate communications, manage expectations, and ensure responsiveness.
- Manage documentation, contracts, reports, and correspondence; prepare and present project updates, reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate meeting logistics (e.g., travel, scheduling).
- Ensure accurate data entry, tracking, confidentiality of information, compliance with data protection and privacy policies.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in HR or project management within an international environment.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks/assignments concurrently.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.
- Client-oriented mindset with high service standards.
- Ability to work well in teams and cross‑functionally.
