Job Description
  • Plan, coordinate, and track all phases of HR projects assignments, including creating and maintaining project timelines, task lists, milestones and deliverables.
  • Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, internal consultants, and support teams.
  • Facilitate communications, manage expectations, and ensure responsiveness.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, reports, and correspondence; prepare and present project updates, reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics (e.g., travel, scheduling).
  • Ensure accurate data entry, tracking, confidentiality of information, compliance with data protection and privacy policies.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience in HR or project management within an international environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks/assignments concurrently.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.
