Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from a recognized university, IHRP certification will be an advantage.
  • 3 years in Human Resource function is preferred. Open to fresh graduates.
  • Collaborative work attitude, organised, meticulous, pro-active, and have a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results and people oriented.
  • Good personal values: integrity is one example.
  • Knowledgeable in computer software skills and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clinical departments to provide HR support and advice.
  • Administer and execute HR functions including recruitment and benefits.
  • Serve as a channel for employee feedback through engagement sessions.
  • Participate in NUH projects and events as assigned.
  • Support and promote NUH’s innovation initiatives.
  • Undertake projects as assigned by the Head of Unit.
