A leading EdTech company in Singapore is looking for a Recruitment Support professional to assist the recruitment team with candidate sourcing, initial screenings, and onboarding processes. You will ensure a positive candidate experience and manage job postings across various platforms. This role is vital for maintaining data integrity and coordinating HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in generating and qualifying candidate leads.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and resume reviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Engage with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Draft, edit, and post job descriptions across various platforms.
- Gather data on talent trends and salary benchmarks in education and EdTech.
- Coordinate and schedule all interviews and meetings with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Prepare documentation for hiring initiatives and handle follow-up communication.
- Maintain accuracy of candidate records in the ATS.
- Handle additional administrative duties as required.
Job Description
- Active Sourcing Support: Assist the recruitment team in generating and qualifying candidate leads, focusing on all roles.
- Initial Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and resume reviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest, presenting a shortlist of viable candidates to the hiring manager.
- Candidate Engagement: Actively engage with applicants throughout the process to ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company as an employer of choice.
- Job Posting Management: Draft, edit, and post job descriptions across various internal and external platforms to attract top talent.
- Market Research: Support the team by gathering basic data on talent trends and salary benchmarks in the education and EdTech sector.
- Coordination & HR Operations: Master the coordination and scheduling of all interviews and meetings with candidates, hiring managers, and various stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Assist with critical HR operational matters, including the administrative support for a smooth onboarding of new hires and documentation for offboarding processes.
- Program Support: Prepare and manage necessary documentation for specific hiring initiatives, such as Career Conversion Programs and project-based roles, handling all follow-up emails and progress updates.
- Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and completeness of candidate records and hiring documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Miscellaneous Duties: Handle any additional administrative or project-based duties required by the Hiring Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the HR/TA department.
