Job summary

A human resources management firm in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to oversee HR functions, manage payroll, and handle employee records using an E-payroll system. The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma in Human Resources and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. This role requires good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must be Singaporean, PR, or Malaysian.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of payroll related experience.
  • Familiarity with E-payroll System is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR department and manage HR functions.
  • Administer work pass applications and renewals.
  • Coordinate hiring plans and employee record management.
