Job Location : Singapore

About the Role

The HR Operations Manager for the Southeast Asia (SEA) Cluster is responsible for coordinating day-to-day HR administration activities and ensuring the efficient execution of payroll and benefits administration, in compliance with legal requirements and Ferrero Group guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, social contributions, pension plans, health insurance, and taxes
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department for proper accounting of payroll costs and fulfillment of tax and social security obligations
  • Support leave management and attendance tracking. Manage attendance monitoring systems (absence, sickness, vacations) and related salary calculations
  • Manage disciplinary actions, dismissals, and resignations
  • Maintain relationships with local authorities and insurance agencies, ensuring employee information is up to date
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and immigration processes. Assist new employees with onboarding and relocation matters
  • Coordinate expatriate services (housing, schooling, shipment) and liaise with relocation vendors
  • Ensure compliance of contracts with Group and local policies and legal requirements
  • Serve as a point of contact for legal and fiscal issues, managing relationships with external tax advisors
  • Lead activities for internal and external audits
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of HR policies and benefit programs
  • Implement and enhance special HR projects (e.g., “Ways of Working Policy”, “Flexible Benefit”)
  • Manage timely and accurate data in SAP HR for organization management, payroll, contracts, hiring, and employee master data
  • Implement and monitor benefits programs, including medical coverage, life insurance, disability, pension plans, and flexible benefits
  • Provide reports and analysis on personnel and salaries
  • Manage HR-related expenses, including PR / PO processing and invoicing
About You
  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Relevant experience in payroll management and HR administration. Experience working in a multinational environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of personal tax compliance for SEA countries
  • Experience applying policies and procedures, managing attendance, and ensuring compliance
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver strong results
  • Advanced MS Office skills and solid knowledge of SAP HR systems
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in any other Asian language is a plus
