Job summary

A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive to join their Human Resource team. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, budget or claims and billing management.
  • Experience with performance management would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across compensation and benefits.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring governance.
  • Support the performance management cycle and related activities.
  • Process and track claims and billings for timely handling.
  • Undertake assigned projects and assignments.
