Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service to new hires and stakeholders by efficiently managing onboarding activities and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business units to coordinate onboarding logistics, including documentation, benefits enrollment and induction program
  • Conduct background checks and due diligence on new employees, in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (including MAS Guidelines on Fit and Proper Criteria and the Representative Notification Framework)
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in HR systems, promptly addressing discrepancies to support analytics and reporting
  • Manage sales licensing and compliance‑related transactions for new hires, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory frameworks
  • Monitor onboarding activities and notify relevant internal/external authorities of changes to personal particulars or regulated activities, as required
  • Provide prompt support and advisory in other employee lifecycle activities and queries
  • Support audits, compliance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and user experience
Requirements
  • Recognized tertiary qualification, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or shared services preferred
  • Familiarity with employment regulations, MAS Guidelines on Fit and Proper Criteria and the Representative Notification Framework is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous, organized, and process‑oriented, with the ability to operate within tight timelines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Service‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement
