Job summary

Job description
What you'll do
Payroll Administration
  • Assist in the end to end payroll processing, including data preparation, vendor coordination for (not limited to) Singapore employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll legislations, tax regulations, ensuring accurate and timely processing (CPF, IRAS, MOM, etc.)
HR Operations
  • Ensure smooth daily local/regional HR Operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, leave management, employment related letters, application and renewal of work pass, personnel file management, and any regional office day to day personnel administration services
  • Process and follow up on employee claims and all government related claims such as NS, childcare, maternity/paternity claims etc.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of statutory reports such as the labor market survey and other fillings to government agencies.
  • Handle employee leave management.
  • Participate in transferring HR documents to Google Workspace and developing HR-related Google Form for process automation and data collection.
  • Update HRIS to maintain data accuracy and
  • Support reporting and audit requirements as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, HR operations and HR policies
What you'll need
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years solid payroll expertise
  • Well versed Hong Kong employment laws, tax and MPF regulations is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Google Workspace tools such as sheets, Docs, Slides, and Meet.
