  • Efficient document management such as printing and filing of documents.
  • Applying for and cancelling work permits and other work passes.
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Handling cheque distribution and monthly staff expenses claim.
  • Onboarding, offboarding and interviewing staff.
  • Monitoring worker housing.
  • Finding housing for new workers.
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
  • Liaising with suppliers.
  • Requesting payments to be put up.
  • Accompanying workers to the airport or their accommodation when required.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

The Position: We’re looking for an HR Operations Executive
Responsibilities
  • Efficient document management such as printing and filing of documents
  • Applying for and cancelling work permits and other work passes

Requirements
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English, because need to deal with candidates and Mandarin-speaking clients. (Able to speak Burmese is a Bonus)
  • Good interpersonal skills.
Information

Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately preferred.

Working Hour(s): 9am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri. One day of WFH per week. These can be saved up to take a longer time of WFH.
