Job summary

A leading educational organization in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to manage Total Rewards programmes and support performance management processes. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in HR or a related field and 2–4 years of HR experience. Key responsibilities include implementing HR operations, handling employee lifecycle transactions, and compiling important data for decision-making. Qualifications

  • Support the implementation and administration of the organisation’s Total Rewards programmes.
  • Assist in the management of the performance management system.
  • Compile and prepare data/report related to total rewards, performance appraisals, and promotions.

Total Rewards Programmes Management
  • Support the implementation and administration of the organisation’s Total Rewards programmes, which includes preparation of files, templates, communications materials
Performance Appraisal and Promotion Cycles Support
  • Assist in the management of the performance management system to ensure a timely and smooth cycle
  • Consolidate appraisal data and prepare materials to support performance calibration meetings
  • Support in performance management system enhancements
  • Support the execution and administration of promotion cycles
Analytics and Reporting
  • Compile and prepare data/report related to total rewards, performance appraisals, and promotions to support analysis and decision‑making
HR Operations and Administration for Senior Management and HR Department
  • Manage and process employee lifecycle transactions such as new hires, transfers and terminations
  • Maintain and update employee records and data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintenance of digital personnel files
Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to total rewards, compensation, and performance management
Skills and Attributes
