Total Rewards Programmes Management
- Support the implementation and administration of the organisation’s Total Rewards programmes, which includes preparation of files, templates, communications materials
Performance Appraisal and Promotion Cycles Support
- Assist in the management of the performance management system to ensure a timely and smooth cycle
- Consolidate appraisal data and prepare materials to support performance calibration meetings
- Support in performance management system enhancements
- Support the execution and administration of promotion cycles
Analytics and Reporting
- Compile and prepare data/report related to total rewards, performance appraisals, and promotions to support analysis and decision‑making
HR Operations and Administration for Senior Management and HR Department
- Manage and process employee lifecycle transactions such as new hires, transfers and terminations
- Maintain and update employee records and data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintenance of digital personnel files
Education
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to total rewards, compensation, and performance management
Skills and Attributes
- Detail‑oriented and meticulous with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in HR systems (e.g. SAP Success Factors)
