Main Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the HR Shared Service Assistant Lead
  • Ensure proper filing system within HR department
  • Archiving of document
  • Able to receive, pack and store uniform stocks independently, including lifting and shifting goods between 25-30kg per carton
  • Provide HR support in a shared service environment
Requirements
  • At least 2 year of working experience in Human Resource Department
  • Well versed in Microsoft software applications
  • Able to receive, pack and store uniform stocks independently, including lifting and shifting goods
