Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage payroll administration and support HR operations. Responsibilities include monthly payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and updating HRIS systems. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in HR with 3–5 years of experience. Strong knowledge of local employment regulations is essential.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CPF and local employment regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare related HR documents.
  • Support HRIS updates and data accuracy.
  • Handle HR administrative matters including attendance and leave.
  • Process vendor invoices and internal cost allocations.

Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, MOM).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare related HR documents.
  • Support HRIS updates, data accuracy, and system improvement projects.
  • Handle HR administrative matters including attendance, leave, benefits, and travel arrangements.
  • Process vendor invoices and internal cost allocations.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in HR or related field with 3–5 years’ payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, CPF, and local employment regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic Japanese proficiency a plus.
