Responsibilities

Data Management & Integrity: Prepare, validate, and consolidate core HR data for reporting and analytical purposes.

Data Quality Assurance: Organize HR GSS datasets and conduct regular ad‑hoc audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with established standards.

Performance Analysis: Audit and analyze the division's performance data to identify operational gaps, drive improvements, and recommend optimization opportunities.

Reporting & Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor key metrics, including overall HR GSS Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance achievements and incident rates.

Administrative & Project Coordination: Manage office administration, including coordination of team meetings, project tracking, and documentation. Track the Division's IT assets and necessary stationaries where applicable. Participate in and provide support for ad‑hoc new HR projects.
