Responsibilities
  • Recruitment
    • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
    • Coordinate interviews and follow up on hiring decisions.
    • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Training
    • Organize staff training sessions and onboarding programs.
    • Maintain training records and feedback.
    • Support the development of training materials.
  • Staff Dormitories
    • Oversee allocation and maintenance of staff accommodations.
    • Handle dormitory issues and coordinate with vendors or landlords.
    • Maintain occupancy records.
  • Staff Leave
    • Manage leave applications and update leave records.
    • Ensure leave policies are communicated and followed.
    • Generate monthly leave reports.
Qualifications
  • NITEC / Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin as you will need to interact with Mandarin speaking counterparts at times
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Pleasant, down-to-earth and enjoys routine work and support functions
  • Able to start work ASAP will be an added advantage
