Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on hiring decisions.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Training
- Organize staff training sessions and onboarding programs.
- Maintain training records and feedback.
- Support the development of training materials.
- Staff Dormitories
- Oversee allocation and maintenance of staff accommodations.
- Handle dormitory issues and coordinate with vendors or landlords.
- Maintain occupancy records.
- Staff Leave
- Manage leave applications and update leave records.
- Ensure leave policies are communicated and followed.
- Generate monthly leave reports.
Qualifications
- NITEC / Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as you will need to interact with Mandarin speaking counterparts at times
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Pleasant, down-to-earth and enjoys routine work and support functions
- Able to start work ASAP will be an added advantage
