Job Description
  • Process monthly payroll, annual income tax submissions, IR21, and MOM surveys.
  • Handle work pass applications, especially for Work Permits.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and training activities.
  • Administer HR operations related to employee data management, leave and benefits administration, and claims processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, including personnel files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal exercises.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters to foster positive employee relations.
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee general office administration, including office supplies, facility maintenance, guest visits, and coordination of office events.
  • Manage monthly vendor invoices and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings and visa applications.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with hands-on experience in payroll processing and income tax submissions.
  • Proficient in Times Software Payroll (Times Pro Cloud) and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in work pass applications.
  • Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.
