Responsibilities
- Recruitment and selection of candidates for interviews
- Prepare salary proposals, employment contracts, arrange for pre-employment check-ups and conduct reference checks
- Preparation relevant letters to effect staff movements (appointment, resignation, transfers, confirmation, promotion and internal appointment)
- Conduct exit interviews for resigned staff
- Prepare headcount reports and MOM Survey
- Liaise with tertiary on Industrial Attachment programme
- Handle foreign workers’ work pass related matters, tenancy agreement and repatriation matters
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holders with 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and demonstrated ability to work in a team
- Pleasant, resourceful with good interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt to multi-tasking and cope with stringent time demands
- Able to join immediately will be added advantage
