About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function and drive the development of a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, while overseeing the full employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, development, and retention. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and promote organizational effectiveness.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including employer branding, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for key positions.
- Design and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and annual review cycles.
- Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and resolving issues in alignment with labor laws and company values.
- Drive learning and development initiatives, including training programs and career pathing, to enhance employee capabilities and engagement.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures, ensuring competitiveness, equity, and compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, diversity) to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national employment regulations and maintain up-to-date HR documentation.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven expertise in talent management, performance systems, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in [Country/Region].
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
