A leading global organisation within the corporate travel and ground transportation management industry is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join its regional team. As the business continues to expand across Asia-Pacific, they are looking for a high-calibre HR professional to drive regional people strategy and organisational excellence.

About the Role

This is a key regional role responsible for leading and enhancing all HR functions across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan. You will partner closely with global stakeholders and regional leaders to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business objectives while cultivating a high-performance, people-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with regional and global business goals.
  • Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation across Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, dispute resolution and workplace advisory.
  • Partner with senior leaders on talent management, succession planning and organisational development.
  • Lead regional Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Drive HR analytics, reporting and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and external partners, including recruitment agencies and government bodies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a regional or international role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore, Hong Kong or Japan employment laws.
  • Experience in a multinational or regional corporate environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, IHRP) will be an added advantage.
