Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Performance Partner to enhance the employee experience by managing performance, rewards, and HR policies. This role focuses on ensuring fair and effective performance processes while supporting compensation strategies and HR policy development.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance review cycle, advise managers and employees, and ensure fairness and effectiveness.
  • Compensation & Rewards: Assist in executing the rewards strategy and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Policy Development: Create, update, and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years in HR with strong expertise in performance management.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
