My client is seeking a HR Manager (Performance Manager) to join their team. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the employee experience by managing our performance and rewards frameworks and developing HR policies that promote fairness, consistency, and engagement across the organisation.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative HR professional who is passionate about driving performance excellence and fostering a positive workplace culture.

This is strictly a 1-year contract position with no possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Administer and support the performance review cycle, ensuring a fair, transparent, and effective process. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Compensation & Rewards: Support the implementation of the organisation’s rewards strategy and manage compensation and benefits programmes.
