HR Manager (HRBP)
Job Purpose:

You will provide HR support to AMS (Ambulance Medical Services) business on strategic and operational HR matters in to providing the highest quality generalist advice, coaching and support to the Company’s managers, supervisors and team members.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  1. Reporting to Group HR Director and General Manager, you need to facilitate and implement proactive HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s business expansion plan.
  2. Lead and manage full spectrum of HR functions. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to recruitment and selection, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement, labor relations, talent management and succession planning.
  3. You need to provide insights and work alongside the HR strategic planning team to review, develop and implement HR policies and processes, guidelines to align with business objectives and local statutory requirements.
  4. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s hiring strategy, driving recruitment excellence, and supporting the organization’s growth plans. This role oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, implements talent acquisition strategies, and partners closely with business leaders to attract and retain top talent.
  5. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop proactive hiring plans aligned with organization’s expansion growth plan.
  6. Partner Management: Oversee relationships with external recruitment partners (e.g., government agencies, recruitment agencies, job platforms) to meet hiring needs.
  7. Process & System Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment workflows, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the candidate experience.
  8. Leverage recruitment data and analytics to track key hiring metrics, generate insights, and guide strategic decision-making.
  9. Partnering with the business stakeholders to manage manpower planning, recruitment, interview and selection. Implement and oversee on-boarding programme.
  10. Work in partners with, provide advice, support and guide operational leaders to achieve company objectives and goal.
  11. Maintain manpower records and compile statistical reports required by the Company. Analyze manpower statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of issues and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's policies and practices.
  12. Monitor and keep track of manpower budgets.
  13. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labour laws, regulations, and internal policies.
