A wellness company in Singapore is seeking an HR and Administration Manager. In this role, you will manage recruitment, compliance with labor laws, and employee training programs. Additional responsibilities include overseeing office operations and procurement processes. The ideal candidate has proven experience in HR, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Administer payroll, benefits, and other employee services.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth business functioning.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative support.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and documentation.
Oversee procurement processes for beauty supplies, salon equipment, and administrative items.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
Maintain inventory management and track stock levels of products and equipment.
Coordinate with various departments to fulfil procurement needs in a timely manner.
Proven experience in HR, administration, and procurement, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, administrative procedures, and procurement practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
