You will oversee and execute core HR functions. You will manage end-to-end HR operations, provide critical support to employees, and ensure smooth, compliant HR processes across the organisation. If you're proactive, adaptable, and passionate about driving HR excellence, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the full spectrum of HR operations (mainly in recruitment and payroll).
  • Providing guidance to staff on HR policies and compliance.
  • Maintaining and updating HR information systems and databases.
  • Keeping an effective and user‑friendly document control and filing system.
  • Supporting HR process improvements, SOP creation, and documentation.
  • Handling MOM‑related surveys and reporting.
  • Assisting with ad‑hoc HR projects, initiatives, and events.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in HRM or Business Administration.
  • 5-7 years of relevant HR experience with 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive and learning attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience with start‑up business is highly advantageous.
  • HR experience in the construction industry is highly advantageous.
