Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business objectives and manpower strategies
- Drive learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis, annual training plans, and evaluation of training effectiveness
- Partner with management to formulate and execute strategic HR plans that support organizational growth and workforce planning
- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team
- Ensure HR operations and documentation comply with MOM and statutory regulations
- Manage HR systems and processes using Prosoft HRMS, ensuring accuracy in data management and reporting
- Champion employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive work culture
- Advise management on HR metrics, manpower trends, and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in manufacturing or construction industry
- Strong expertise in HR policy development, L&D, and strategic HR management
