Our client is seeking a HR Manager (Compensation, Benefits & Development) to join their team!
About Our Client

Our client is a leading company in the semiconductor industry, committed to innovation and excellence.

What you'll be doing?

Ensure compliance: Oversee and maintain adherence to legal statutory regulations and headquarters' requirements in C&B functions, including MOM and employee-related matters.

Drive competitiveness: Conduct industry benchmarking to ensure compensation remains competitive within manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and semiconductor industries.

Manage performance processes: Plan and oversee timely execution of yearly merit increments and appraisal processes.

Develop compensation strategies: Propose competitive compensation packages for salary adjustments, promotions, and upgrades.

Execute bonus planning: Oversee bonus payout activities in accordance with guidelines and approved budgets.

Participate in budgeting: Drive and contribute to the annual budgeting exercise.

Stay informed: Maintain current knowledge of market trends and government regulations affecting company compensation and benefits systems.

Improve HR processes: Develop and maintain HR-related procedures and documentation while driving continuous improvement practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders: Serve as a liaison for HRI and HRMC, fostering strong relationships.

Guide training initiatives: Provide guidance to HR Administrators in training and development aspects.

Enhance employee skills: Oversee training and development needs to improve overall skills and career development aligned with business objectives.

Identify learning opportunities: Source and recommend programs, conducting training needs analysis using competency models.

Facilitate development solutions: Act as an internal consultant to build and implement effective learning and development initiatives.

Who are they looking for?

HR expertise: At least 5 years HR Manager experience in compensation and benefits management, within the high manufacturing or related industries, overseeing payroll for up to 1,500 employees, with familiarity in SAP software.

Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends and compensation data to develop competitive strategies.

Compliance knowledge: Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations, particularly in Singapore as well as strong knowledge and experience in handling Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements.

Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
