In this role, you will anchor our people-strategy and play a pivotal part in shaping a culture that is high-performance, collaborative, and aligned with the evolving digital asset landscape. You’ll work closely with leadership to support organizational growth, talent development, and employee experience in a regulatory-conscious yet innovative environment.

Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that directly support business goals and growth plans.
  • Lead workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and talent deployment across functions.
  • Partner with department leaders to build strong organizational structure and future-ready talent capabilities.
Learning, Culture & Employee Engagement
  • Champion a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Develop engagement programs, leadership development paths, and performance coaching approaches.
  • Facilitate organizational communication that supports transparency and cross-team alignment.
Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management
  • Design competitive compensation frameworks aligned to market and regulatory standards.
  • Manage performance review cycles, OKRs, promotions, and rewards strategies.
  • Advise leadership on data-driven decisions related to workforce health and productivity.
HR Operations & Policy Governance
  • Ensure HR policies comply with Singapore employment legislation and industry regulations (MAS, PDPA, Employment Act).
  • Oversee onboarding, HRIS data integrity, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, conflict resolution, and workplace well‑being.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience at a Managerial level, preferably within a fast‑pace Finance or FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment law and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments where priorities shift quickly.
