A long-established nursery and landscape specialist in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Manager to develop and manage HR programs. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, strong leadership abilities, and knowledge of local labour laws and practices. This role involves supervising HR staff and ensuring adherence to policies in a people-centric environment.

Job Functions
  • Responsible for developing HRM and HRD programs or policies
  • May control compensation and benefits, employee relations, staffing, training, safety, labour relations and employment records
  • Supervises human resource management and human resource development staff
  • Adopt appropriate strategies to fill replacement or new placement promptly and efficiently
  • Provide mentorship and training to fellow employees
  • Reviews compensation and benefits
  • HRM is to manage procedures to ensure that only HR and approved employees are allowed access to confidential HR information
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 -7 years of human resources experienceGood working knowledge of Singapore labour laws and practices
  • A disciplined and people leader who is approachable and connects easily with people across all levels
  • Demonstrates hands‑on leadership and can‑do attitude
  • Demonstrates strong planning, organization and project management skills
