1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet and corporate roles (job posting, screening, interviews, offers).
- Coordinate onboarding processes including employment contracts, staff particulars forms, uniform issuance, and orientation.
- Work with outlet managers to forecast manpower requirements and plan hiring schedules.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Implement HR policies fairly and consistently across outlets.
3. Performance & Development
- Support performance appraisal processes and probation reviews.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training sessions.
- Track performance improvement plans and advise on disciplinary actions when required.
4. Payroll & HR Administration
- Ensure accurate monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and statutory contributions.
- Maintain and update HR records and ensure data accuracy in employee files and HR systems.
5. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure all HR practices comply with MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review HR letters (warning, confirmation, suspension, termination, etc.) according to legal standards.
- Keep updated with Singapore employment law and implement policy updates where necessary.
6. Strategic HR Support
- Advise management on organizational structure, manpower planning, and cost control measures.
- Contribute to HR strategy and initiatives that support business growth and culture development.
- Manage HR reporting and metrics to support decision-making (e.g., turnover rate, manpower cost).
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outlets or entities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Payboy, Talenox, or similar) is an advantage.
