Job Scope:

HR Operations & Policy:

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and MOM regulations
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally

🧑🤝🧑 Recruitment & Talent Management:

• Work with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job scopes
• Liaise with recruitment agencies to fill both permanent and temporary positions
• Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process
• Maintain strong working relationships with external staffing firms for quality candidate pipelines
• Track recruitment performance (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)

📊 HR Admin & Systems:

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Manage HRMS or other HR software
• Oversee monthly payroll processing (if required) and leave administration
