Main Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership & Advisory
  • Deliver expert advice on complex employee relations and people management matters.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive and support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and provide regular hiring metrics and forecasts.
  • Support workforce planning and employee mobility, including visa and relocation guidance.
Talent Rewards & Budget
  • Lead the annual compensation review, ensuring data accuracy, calibration, and effective communication.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and manage HR budgets and employment cost reporting.
Talent Management
  • Champion a performance-driven culture and manage the performance review process.
  • Support global talent initiatives, including development plans for high and low performers.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and recommend targeted learning solutions.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee and compensation data in Workday.
  • Coordinate internal HR communications related to staffing changes.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Manage grievance and complaint resolution processes.
Experiences
  • 8 – 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on strategic HR business partnering, talent management, and compensation.
  • In‑depth knowledge of local labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices.
  • High integrity and commitment to compliance and ethical standards.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex, high‑pressure situations.
  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic, fast‑changing environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse cultures and seniority levels.
  • Proven stakeholder management and ability to build strong relationships in virtual and remote settings.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools; strong analytical mindset.

  • Solid business acumen and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Project and change management experience is a plus.
