Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to lead the daily operations of our HR and general administrative functions. In this key role, you will ensure the efficient delivery of HR services, statutory compliance, and smooth office operations, fostering a well-supported and engaged workforce.

You will oversee payroll and benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, and office management while driving process excellence and operational consistency. Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure full statutory compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other relevant employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
  • Administer payroll, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for audits, inspections, and certifications (e.g. for MOM audits & statistics).
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs; ensure consistent communication to employees.
  • Handle employee grievances, warnings, and disciplinary actions in accordance with due process.
  • Manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and processes.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
  • Support workforce planning and manpower requisition processes with department heads.
Performance & Employee Relations
  • Administer performance appraisal exercises, salary reviews, and employment contracts.
  • Support staff engagement initiatives such as townhalls, welfare activities, and internal communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair, transparent HR practices.
HR Systems & Reporting
  • Manage and maintain HRIS (e.g., Justlogin) for employee data, payroll and leave.
  • Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll, training) for management review.
  • Support HR digital filing and document control through Google Drive or similar platforms.
  • Support company ESOP matters via Carta platform.
Training Administration
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs and track training records.
  • Monitor training budget and ensure compliance with SkillsFuture or other grant claims.
Office Administration & Support
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration including pantry and office supplies.
  • Manage procurement of office consumables and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Manage outsourced service providers and manage office cleaning service.
  • Manage office access issuance.
  • Manage office insurance renewals.
  • Handle other ad hoc assignments when needed.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • At least 5–7 years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to operational HR.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Singapore and Malaysia Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HRIS systems (e.g. JustLogin) preferred.
  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage across all levels.
  • Positive, proactive, and people-first mindset.
  • Proficient in JustLogin system, Carta system, Microsoft system, Immigration law & requirements for EP.
