Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Manage foreign worker employment matters including work pass applications.

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing for local and foreign employees.
  • Support audits, reporting, and compliance matters.

Job Description:

Responsible to handle the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and offboarding.

  • Maintain positive industrial relations and act as the key liaison with the union.
  • Handle foreign worker employment matters (Including work pass applications, renewals, and repatriation).
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally and in accordance with company and union policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for both local and foreign employees.
  • Oversee general administrative functions (including office management, procurement, and asset control).
  • Support audits, reporting, and compliance matters.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of related HR experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
