Job summary
A human resources services provider in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR professional to oversee comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in HR management, at least 6 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. This role also requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel frequently.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in employment or manpower services.
- CEI (Basic or Advanced) certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and payroll.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Work closely with management to support manpower planning and organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
- Drive staff development, training, and engagement programs to enhance performance and retention.
- Manage HR records, contracts, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Be willing to travel frequently and work overtime as required by business needs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the employment or manpower services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and MOM procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates).
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
- CEI (Basic or Advanced) certification is an advantage.
