- Perform full spectrum of HR functions and admin support.
- Review and maintain HR related policies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Handle work pass administration and legal compliance.
- Assist in payroll checks.
- Manage ad-hoc HR duties.
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions and admin support including recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory service on HR policies and procedures.
- Review and maintain all HR related policy.
- Posting of recruitment advertisements
- Perform end-to-end recruitment – interview, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding.
- Handle work pass administration including work pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Assist in checking through payroll records
- Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned
