Job summary

A leading manpower solutions firm in Singapore is seeking an HR officer to manage full-cycle recruitment and HR processes. The role includes onboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting employee relations. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in HR or business administration and preferably some experience in the construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with MOM regulations are essential. Additional language skills such as Chinese or Malay are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus, especially knowledge of WP/SP processes.
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations and HR documentation procedures is important.

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and work pass applications (WP/SP/EP).
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and payroll-related information accurately.
  • Support employee relations, including discipline, grievances, and performance matters.
  • Coordinate manpower deployment with project managers and site supervisors.
  • Arrange training, WSH-related courses, and track certifications.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and improving HR processes.
  • Provide general administrative support and handle other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage (knowledge of WP/SP processes preferred).
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR documentation procedures.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Good command of English and Chinese (additional languages such as Burmese/Malay are a plus).
