We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented HR Manager to guide our human resource’s function and help cultivate a strong, high-performance workplace culture. In this role, you will lead HR operations, advance key strategic initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to both leadership and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and improve HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent management
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries
  • Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution, coaching, and engagement initiatives
  • Oversee performance management cycles, including reviews, goal-setting, and feedback processes
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage compensation, benefits, leave administration
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to guide decision-making
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification a plus)
  • Proven experience in HR management or a senior HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of SG Employment Act and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
