We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented HR Manager to guide our human resource’s function and help cultivate a strong, high-performance workplace culture. In this role, you will lead HR operations, advance key strategic initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to both leadership and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
- Manage onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries
- Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution, coaching, and engagement initiatives
- Oversee performance management cycles, including reviews, goal-setting, and feedback processes
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage compensation, benefits, leave administration
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to guide decision-making
- Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification a plus)
- Proven experience in HR management or a senior HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of SG Employment Act and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
