Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee HR functions, develop policies, and ensure compliance with local laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Travel and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Work closely with management to support manpower planning and organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
  • Drive staff development, training, and engagement programs to enhance performance and retention.
  • Manage HR records, contracts, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Be willing to travel frequently and work overtime as required by business needs.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the employment or manpower services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and MOM procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates).
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
  • CEI (Basic or Advanced) certification is an advantage.
