Job Summary:

The HR Manager at Drcar oversees all aspects of human resource management to support a productive, skilled, and motivated workforce. This role plays a key part in driving recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives that align with Drcar’s commitment to service excellence. The HR Manager ensures that HR policies and practices are effectively implemented, fostering a compliant, high-performing, and people-centric workplace culture within the automotive service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment to attract and hire skilled mechanics, service advisors, and administrative staff.
  • Implement structured onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration and role readiness for new employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal template linking individual performance to operational metrics such as job turnaround time, repair accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support managers in conducting evaluations, addressing performance issues, and developing improvement plans.
  • Recognize and reward high-performing employees to enhance motivation and service standards.
  • Identify key operational roles and high-potential employees for leadership or specialized technical positions.
  • Develop and monitor training and career development plans to strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Support continuous learning initiatives to enhance technical skills and service excellence.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy, employee benefits administration, and statutory compliance with labour regulations.
  • Address employee concerns promptly and professionally to support retention and morale.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in or related field.
  • 1 year working experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
