Job summary
A construction company in Singapore seeks an experienced HR officer to manage HR initiatives, recruitment, and employee training. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in HR, excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of labor laws. Responsibilities include providing policy counseling and maintaining employee records. A degree in business administration or social studies and HR credentials are preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven experience more than 5 years in construction as HR officer or administrator.
- Knowledge of HR functions including pay & benefits, recruitment, and training.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

Requirements and skills
- Proven experience more than 5 years in construction as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Knowledge of Tax declaration (including CPF, LEVY& INCOME TAX. Responsible for industry and commerce,tax, banking, current accounts, etc.Deal with accounts receivable and payment)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
