Responsibilities

As the HR Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing and orchestrating the entire spectrum of HR operations for our company, ensuring the seamless functioning of our workforce and fostering a culture of growth and engagement. Reporting to Senior Management/Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies and policies while catering to the diverse needs of our employees.

Your Key Duties Will Include
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
  • Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies to attract top‑tier talent aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and strategize recruitment efforts.
  • HR Operations Management:
  • Lead and manage HR operational functions, including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Singaporean labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Employee Engagement and Development:
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to nurture employee skills and career growth.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration packages.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy in compensation‑related matters.
  • HR Strategy and Compliance:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and long‑term organizational goals.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Required Skills
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a company with 200+ employees.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Singaporean employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field; HR certifications are advantageous.
