Job summary

A human resources firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to handle recruitment, prepare HR-related documents, and maintain employee records. This role also involves coordinating onboarding/offboarding, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in HR management and 1–3 years of HR experience, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

Job description

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $3,000 – $4,000

Working Days: 6 Days/Week (Mon–Sat)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Site Work: Required frequently

Weekend Work: When operationally required

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle recruitment processes: job posting, screening, arranging interviews

  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR-related documents

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

  • Assist in payroll processing by providing attendance and HR data

  • Manage leave administration, medical claims, and staff benefits

  • Support performance appraisal activities

  • Ensure HR policies comply with local labour regulations

  • Provide HR support to management and employees as required

  • Handle other HR administrative duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

  • 1–3 years of HR experience (Fresh graduates may also be considered)

  • Knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices in Singapore

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
