Looking for a dedicated and hands‑on Human Resources Manager to manage the full spectrum of HR operations. This role plays a key part in shaping company culture, ensuring a positive employee experience, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to onboarding, performance management, employee relations and offboarding
  • Develop, review and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the business objectives
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures
  • Administer insurance policies, medical benefits, and employee welfare activities
  • Handle internal communications on company platform(s) to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Drive employee engagement, communications and wellness to strengthen workplace culture and performance
  • Manage employee travel arrangements, including assisting in visa application as needed.
  • Stay up-to-update on the latest employment practices, industry trends and regulatory changes and ensure compliance
  • Support and ensure compliance in relevant audits
  • Establish learning roadmaps and policies to support continuous professional growth
  • Manage internship program as needed
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 6 years' relevant HR experience, including supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of local employment act, statutory requirement, WSH regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Good command of written and communication skills with the ability to interact with people of all levels.
  • Great team player with good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude.
  • Meticulous and proactive.
  • Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
