Job description

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Main duties involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

This role is vital to Initia’s success. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Developing the company's HR agenda
  2. Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
  3. Structuring compensation and benefit packages
  4. Developing and creating KPI and evaluation structures for employees
  5. Finding suitable government grants for the business and securing them
  6. Managing HR funds with government grants
  7. Providing input on workforce and succession planning, as well as restructuring
  8. Ensuring completion of projects assigned by HQ
  9. Handling recruitment processes: posting ads, shortlisting, preparing employment contracts
  10. Ensuring legal compliance
  11. Planning training and development programs for staff
  12. Managing payroll accurately and timely
  13. Handling welfare matters and organizing staff activities
  14. Driving performance management, identifying talent gaps, and developing internal pipelines
  15. Managing overall payroll processes
  16. Providing HR consulting and solutions to business units
