Job summary

A workforce solutions provider in Singapore is looking for an HR Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment and oversee HR processes. Qualifications

  • Support employee relations including discipline, grievances, and performance.
  • Coordinate manpower deployment with project managers and site supervisors.
  • Arrange training and track certifications.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and improving HR processes.
  • Provide general administrative support and handle other assigned tasks.

  • Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and payroll-related information accurately.
  • Support employee relations, including discipline, grievances, and performance matters.
  • Coordinate manpower deployment with project managers and site supervisors.
  • Arrange training, WSH-related courses, and track certifications.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and improving HR processes.
  • Provide general administrative support and handle other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage (knowledge of WP/SP processes preferred).
