You will work on HR process design, Change Management, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of HR consulting experience and be a Singapore citizen or PR. Day-to-Day Activities for Consultant
  • Support with HR transformation projects including HR business process design and HR strategy initiatives
  • Support with the Change Management workstream for large HRIS implementations from including developing Change Strategies and managing communications or delivering workshops for users
  • Develop engaging communications and multimedia content including videos and infographics
  • Develop presentations for our clients that convey the results in a succinct and clear manner
  • Build and manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism
  • Support in Business Development activities including development of pitch decks and presentation to senior client stakeholders
Ideal Profile and Required Competencies
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in HR consulting or Change Management for HR system implementation projects.
  • Possess a track record of experience in delivering large complex HR consulting or change management projects, minimally as a team or workstream lead but ideally as a project manager.
  • Experience in at least 1 or more of the following domains: HR Business Process Improvement, Change Management, HR Transformation Advisory
  • Must be a citizen or PR of Singapore and have a strong verbal and written command of English.
  • Adapt with client stakeholder management – demonstrated through past work experience and general presentability of the candidate.
