Qualifications

  • Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Min 3 years of experience in HR Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have hands-on experience in both blue and white collar recruitment.
  • Able to manage a team up to 4 headcounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the HR team.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to translate organizational goals into practical HR strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with company standards and Singapore MOM regulations.
  • Advise managers on disciplinary actions and performance management.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
