A renowned engineering and marketing firm in Singapore is looking for an HR Manager to oversee recruitment, manage HR policies, and enhance employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have a diploma in HR Management and 3 years of relevant experience focusing on recruitment and HR operations, alongside a solid understanding of Singapore labour laws.

Qualifications

Job description
Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and regularly review all HR and administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance and relevance.

Oversee the full recruitment and selection process, including employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as coordinating training arrangements.

Handle employment-related matters such as employee confirmation, contract renewals, re-employment, and work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Administer annual staff insurance renewals and manage employee insurance claims.

Manage all aspects of personnel administration, including maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll, managing leave systems, attendance and liaising with government agencies.

Coordinate and facilitate the annual performance appraisal exercise, provide feedback & develop career plans.

Plan and implement activities to improve employee satisfaction and morale.

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and HR operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour laws and MOM policies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
