The Job:
  • Coordinate and deploy global and regional HR initiatives across multiple Asia markets.
  • Manage core HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, payroll validation and benefits.
  • Drive regional talent processes, including engagement, development, performance cycles, and compensation activities.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, reports and metrics to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Strengthen culture, values and stakeholder relationships across the region.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and country‑specific employment regulations while seeking continuous improvement.
The Talent:
  • At least 4-5 years of regional HR experience, ideally within logistics, supply chain or other complex operational environments.
  • Demonstrates strong professional maturity, operating independently with sound judgment and the ability to manage priorities across multiple markets.
  • Capable of partnering effectively with managers, anticipating business needs and translating them into strategic, solutions‑focused HR interventions.
  • Highly structured and meticulous, upholding the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality and operational discipline.
